Agreements/Contracts/Bid Award 3. Personal Services Agreement with the Community Mediation Center for assisting Cowlitz County residents in resolving disputes through mediation. The total amount is $81,000 through December 31, 2027. (14452) 4. Amendment No. 6 to the Professional Services Agreement with RH2 Engineering for the Toutle Water System Improvement Projects includes revisions to the reservoir design and modifications to the water main design to incorporate project phasing. The amendment will result in an increase of $33,200, bringing the total contract amount to not exceed $540,489. (14455) 5. Amendment No. 3 to the Personal Services Agreement with Windsor Engineers for the Camelot Large Onsite Septic System Project to extend the termination date to December 31, 2026. (14459) 6. Professional Services Agreement with Facet, Inc. to produce an update to the Cowlitz County Critical Areas as required by state law to be updated on a regular basis with the Comprehensive Plan. Motion Items Public Works 14. Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Local Agency Standard Consultant Agreement with WSP-USA for the Tower Road Culvert Replacement Project at the Rock Creek crossing to provide General Civil Engineering Services. The increase is $500,000 for a total amount of $1,700,000. (14460) 15. Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Local Agency Standard Consultant Agreement with Otak, Inc. for the Allender Road Stillwater Creek Fish Passage Project for final design, final permitting, and construction support service.
