Motion Items Health & Human Services 8. Contract Amendment 25-002 (5) with the Washington State Department of Health to add Statement of Work (SOW) and funding for the Group A Water System work.

(14622) 9. Contract with Washington State Department of Commerce to assist low and moderate income individuals for the Meals on Wheels program. The total amount is $70,000.00.

(14627) 10. Contract with Lower Columbia Community Action Program (LCCAP) for the Meals on Wheels program. The total amount will not exceed $66,500 and is funded through the Washington State Department of Commerce. (14629) 11. Agreement with Housing Opportunities of Southwest Washington (HOSWWA) to provide Supportive Housing and Case Management Services at the Phoenix House.

The total will not exceed $133,250.00 and is funded through Document Recording Fees.

Note: Written comments may be sent to the Board at any time. For oral presentations, the Board may set a time for comments and speakers.

All matters listed with the Consent Agenda were previously distributed to each Board Member for reading and study, were available for public viewing, are considered items of regular County business, and will be approved, without separate discussion, by one motion of the Board of County Commissioners. An item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and voting at the request of any Board Member.

The Board of Commissioners may add and take action on other items not listed on this Agenda.   
