9. Bid Award to J.L. Storedahl & Sons, Inc. for the Headquarters Landfill Transportation of Rock Materials through June 30, 2025. The total cost of $314,753.25.
10. Resolution to authorize engineering and right-of-way acquisition for the Delameter Road Culvert Replacement Project to replace the culverts. The total cost is estimated to be $1,000,000 through the Promoting Resilient Operations for Transformative, Efficient, and Cost-Saving Transportation (PROTECT) Formula Program funding.
11. Resolution to authorize Engineering and Right-Of-Way Acquisition for the Gilmore Road Studebaker Creek Culvert Replacement project. The total estimate is $600,000 through the federal Promoting Resilient Operations for Transformative, Efficient, and CostSaving Transportation (PROTECT) Formula Program funding.

All matters listed with the Consent Agenda were previously distributed to each Board Member for reading and study, were available for public viewing, are considered items of regular County business, and will be approved, without separate discussion, by one motion of the Board of County Commissioners. An item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and voting at the request of any Board Member.
The Board of Commissioners may add and take action on other items not listed on this Agenda.
