Room Hire Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber Training’s Commerce House has a range of rooms available for hire, including high specification IT suites, with the latest hardware and software and large flat screens. Facilities include fully air conditioned rooms, well equipped with a wide range of training aids, including projectors, flip charts, screens and audio-visual technology. Located near the centre of Coventry, C&W Chamber Training is easily accessible with free parking on site. Commerce House can accommodate a variety of party sizes from small groups to 50 delegates. Syndicate rooms are available on an individual hire basis or in conjunction with large delivery suites. Refreshments and catering are available where required.

Team Building/Away Days Our qualified staff are able to facilitate and organise team building activities that will enable your staff members to become a more cohesive workforce. These sessions are designed for staff members to appreciate the need for a diverse skill set to enable them to work together to achieve business objectives.

Advice Shop Our successful advice shop offers signposting and career advice to individuals of all ages, operating as a drop in session or on an appointment basis. The advice shop is open every Wednesday 2pm-4pm whether you are unsure how to achieve your dream job, unable to find out what qualifications are available or just need some advice on the different options available, Chamber Training can help to point you in the right direction.

Employability Skills for Young People We offer a number of sessions to increase young people’s confidence when applying for work. Whether its CV writing or interview techniques that are required our qualified staff are available to offer support.

Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber Training has created a suite of accredited courses and qualifications which are 50% funded, designed to upskill, motivate and improve effectiveness and efficiency in the workplace. Courses are available at a range of levels, designed to enhance individual skills and performance in a highly practical way. Skills 4 Growth (50% funding) is available to businesses with fewer than 250 staff, based in Coventry & Warwickshire in Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering and Service Sector Industries including Health & Social Care, Hospitality and Professional Services. Skills 4 Growth will support your business to identify and address skills gaps to help you to grow and achieve your business ambitions. A skills training package will be designed to suit you and your employees’ needs. Up to 50% of agreed training costs will be funded through the Skills 4 Growth programme which supports eligible SMEs to improve workforce skills.
