Human H &P: Reason for encounter: cough and body aches History of Present Illness : Mr. Webster is an 18 year old University student with a history of asthma, who presents with a dry - non productive cough , and body aches for four days. The patient reports potential fevers but " does not have a thermometer", headaches , and a sore throat. The pain in the throat is described as " razor blades", and has been managed with steam from showers, and rest. He denied nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and states that symptoms are not " similar to a cold"
