ENOSBURG FALLS: Nona H. Goldstein, age 91, passed

away on Saturday, August 11, 2018, at the Franklin County Rehab Center in St. Albans. She was born in Norton, Vermont, on November 8,

FAIRFAX: Albert Raymond Ledoux, 76, a Fairfax resident since 1968, died on August 11, 2018 at his home surrounded by family. Born in Montgomery, on November 20, 1941, son of Ruth Carr Ledoux and Herbert Ledoux. Albert was raised in Bakersfield by close family friends John Kennedy and John’s sister, Meme Kennedy. Albert entered the U.S. Army on February 03, 1959 and was stationed in Korea during his service. He was also a truck driver for over 50 years. When he was not working Albert enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and restoring antique cars. He enjoyed life and cherished the time he spent with family and

ENOSBURG: Allen “Bud” (Corse) Martin, 85, of Enosburgh passed away Wednesday August 15, 2018. He was born in Colchester and grew up in Fletcher. He leaves the love of his life of 60 years Roberta (Mosier) Martin and his children Phyllis Gratton and fiance’ Michael Wells, Priscilla Hammond and husband Randy, Gary Martin and companion Louise Simpkins, Pamela Harris & husband Scott, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchild, nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Clifton Corse and Evelyn (Martin) Corse and brother to late Ardelle Spaulding, Thelma Burnor, Rodney Corse, Harrison “Tye” Corse, Shirley White, Clifford “Jr.” Corse, Clifton “Cliffy” Corse and leaves siblings Ruth Newhall and husband Roger, Lois Lumbra and husband Frances “Sonny”, Maureen Patterson and husband Ed and Colin Corse. Bud left his family farm and enlisted in the USAF where he was stationed in Biloxi, MS. He was proud to be serving our country and took pride in being a soldier during the Korean War as a Medical Administrator caring for soldiers. The endless letters he wrote to families on behalf of wounded soldiers was a priceless memory he shared with few.
