MESSAGE FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER

I have provided the Board of Directors with over eleven weeks of notice to allow ample time for discussion and planning to cause minimal disruption. The Board has already begun conversations together on next steps. I anticipate the transition will be quick and smooth, and I am committed to ensuring the success of my successor and the future of the District.

All Personnel,

Thank you for your trust in me and the opportunity to serve our community as your General Manager. Cosumnes is a fantastic organization, with outstanding professionals, doing remarkable work. I truly love being a part of this District and was not pursuing other prospects. However, I received an intriguing offer from Sky River to join their organization as Vice President of Government and Community Affairs.

After much discussion with my family, and close friends, I have accepted that opportunity. My last day in the office will be May 12, 2023 and my official last day will be early June.

I am confident that the District is on a great trajectory and will continue to thrive with the talented team of professionals in place combined with the outstanding leadership of the Board. I am forever grateful for the opportunities at the District and the friendships I have made. This is truly a special place, and I feel great pride in what we have accomplished together.

Take care,

April 2023
