Then cook the chickpeas the next day till tender in a pressure cooker.Taking a pot, we will sauté some onions, tomatoes, and spices together. garlic and ginger paste, black pepper powder, coriander powder, and cumin.

Chicken Cutlet

This is for the non-veg lovers out there. Protein-rich and tasty, they are perfect for any occasion. To begin making the ChickenTikki Recipe, whisk the egg in a bowl and set aside.

Put the chicken mince in a sizable bowl. Mix well after adding the garam masala powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Now, mix in ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, rice flour, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, and salt to taste. Stir well. If you can’t make balls out of the mixture, add more bread crumbs. Make a round shape with the mixture that is about the size of a lemon. Add a tablespoon of oil to a hot pan. Place the patties on top and drizzle more oil over each one. Fry over medium heat until both sides are crisp. It takes about 5 minutes to do this on each side.

Methi Chicken Curry

The Methi Chicken Curry Recipe is a delicious curry where the chicken is cooked along with methi or fenugreek leaves in a spicy ginger-garlic gravy.

Mix the garlic, ginger, green chilies, and coriander leaves with very little water in a mixer grinder to make a paste. Set it aside. Put curd, half of the green paste we just made, and half of the turmeric powder in a bowl. Combine it well. Finally, transfer the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat with the coriander, ginger, and garlic mixture. As soon as it’s done, set the chicken aside to marinate for at least an hour. The next thing to do is to prepare the curry sauce for the methi chicken.

Prepare the oil in a deep skillet. Saute onions with salt. Stir constantly until the onions brown. Then add oil. Add the whole spices mentioned for tempering, including cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom, black peppercorn, and bay leaves. Saute this mixture. Mix in the remaining green coriander paste and caramelized onion paste. Then you can add the remaining turmeric powder and the chopped tomatoes. Saute and cover until tomatoes are soft. When the tomatoes are soft, add red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder.

Saute chopped methi leaves until soft. Saute the chicken with the marinade for 2 to 3 minutes. When the chicken changes color, boil a cup of water. Cover and simmer Methi Chicken Curry, stirring occasionally. Perfectly cooking chicken takes 20 minutes. When the chicken is done, add kasuri methi and season.
