To get started, simply provide the following information about your clients’ business entities to us:
Complete the attached Excel spreadsheet document that was in your Welcome email
Email the spreadsheet back to your Dedicated Account Manager so we may check the entity compliance status of the businesses you are monitoring.
We will send you back the compliance sheet with the current status of each of the entities and any suggested filings that need to be done immediately; otherwise, we will start monitoring the entities on your behalf and will send you reminders and alerts 90 days in advance as filings become due

How Should I Set My Prices?
As a white-label Reseller partner, you get to determine the price you wish to charge for any of the services you provide to your clients through CorpNet.
We recommend the following approach to determining market price:
Log in to Your “MyAccount.”
Enter the services your client needs
Scroll to the bottom of the pricing screen and click on the “+” sign to see your 20% partner discount applied This will be your wholesale cost of service
Determine how much above wholesale cost you want to charge your client Some commonly used rules of thumb are 1 5-2X wholesale cost, but market conditions vary so price accordingly to your experience and specific market dynamics

How Do I Place Orders?
We provide two easy ways to place an order.
Online (Preferred)
Login to your “MyAccount” at http://www.corpnet.com and directly place your orders through your dedicated partner account portal
Over the Phone
Place your orders by phone by directly calling your dedicated account manager
Other Partner Types
Even though you have chosen to work with us primarily as a Referral Partner, you also have the option to place an order as a “White Label Reseller” if you wish to maintain anonymity with a specific client and prefer to be the main point of contact with CorpNet Both have advantages and you do not have to choose one program over the other exclusively. Where eligible and approved by CorpNet, one individual or business entity may participate in both programs simultaneously and be both a Reseller and a Referral Partner
