We will send you back the compliance sheet with the current status of each of the entities and any suggested filings that need to be done immediately; otherwise, we will start monitoring the entities on your behalf and will send you reminders and alerts 90 days in advance as filings becomes due.

A registered agent, sometimes referred to as a resident agent or an agent for service of process, is a person or company officially recognized by the state that resides within the state of incorporation and is designated by the corporation or LLC to accept service of process on behalf of the company This may be an individual or another business entity that has a physical location in the state of incorporation

How Are My Commissions Earned
and Determined?
As a Referral Partner, you earn a 20% commission on the “Net Revenue” for each order your clients place with CorpNet This commission rate can increase to 30% based on your total lifetime sales volume.
Net Revenue is defined as the gross revenue paid to and received by CorpNet less:
• Federal, state, county, city and governmental fees
• Discounts, coupon codes, returns, chargebacks, and credits
• Fees payable to third parties
• Certain variable operating costs associated with a given order
• Shipping fees and handling fees
Commissions may only be earned on full retail purchases of our products and services.
Your clients will generally pay CorpNet standard pricing. You can find our pricing online under your “MyAccount” section, which always has the most current and accurate pricing, including state, county, city, and other governmental fees. Alternatively, you can view our retail prices on our A-Z pricing page
Commission earnings are paid on the 30th day of the calendar month following a sale Commission payments are processed and distributed by Bills com or check *
No commissions shall be earned in the following situations:
• Orders where the “Pass On the Savings” election has been made
• Special pricing or package discounts
• Orders placed as a Reseller or Enterprise Client.

Even though you have chosen to work with us primarily as a Referral Partner, you also have the option to place an order as a “White Label Reseller” if you wish to maintain anonymity with a specific client and prefer to be the main point of contact with CorpNet Both have advantages and you do not have to choose one program over the other exclusively. Where eligible and approved by CorpNet, one individual or business entity may participate in both programs simultaneously and be both a Reseller and a Referral Partner
