As this semester closes out I reflect again on the invitation for students to write down their anonymous prayers at the end of last semester. Few things have humbled me as much as reading our students prayers, some of which are documented below. • Thank you, God for everything you give us.

You always take care of us and love us. • Fix the fact that my parents are always fighting and stop my dad from being so annoying with COVID-19. • Thank you, Lord Almighty for giving me a school which gives me learning despite my gender.

It is a great privilege. • Hey God, thanks for all the blessings in my life.

I know everything happens for a reason, so thank you. • Thanks for looking after my dad. • Thank you for giving me enough passion to move schools and the chance to make new friends and a fresh start in a new location and environment.

Thanks for all the good things. • Dear God, thank you for friendships but why do they have to fall apart. • Dear God, if you plan our lives why do you make them so bad and painful to live? • Cheers for being clutch and letting me pass even though

I might not submit work on time. • Thank you, God for keeping me here and not letting me give up on life. Albert Gast College Pastor

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you
