The Student Learning Center (SLC) empowers students intellectually through a range of academic support services. On-site educators are available to any student in all subjects, whether she needs clarity on a specific concept or broader academic support.

All Freshmen

are enrolled in Study Skills, a course focused on academic preparedness for high school, taught by the SLC staff.

The CCW seeks to support students throughout their four years at Cor Jesu and beyond. From day one, students are paired with a wellness counselor and a college counselor, offering individualized guidance every step of the way. Through intentional career initiatives, students are encouraged to explore interests and discover possibilities as they prepare for their future.

Carpool & Shuttle:

We provide lists of neighboring students so families may arrange carpools to and from school. Cor Jesu also offers a shuttle service for St. Charles County students. The shuttle picks up and drops off at a designated location each day for an annual fee.

Tuition, Financial Aid and Scholarships

Since the Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus founded Cor Jesu Academy in 1956, our goal has been to make a high-quality Catholic education accessible to any academically-qualified young woman.

Scholarships

We offer a variety of scholarship opportunities: merit-based scholarships, legacy awards and traditional financial aid. Students will be considered for merit and legacy awards based on information included in their applications. All families interested in receiving need-based tuition assistance should complete an application on the FACTS Tuition Management website. That application will be available starting September 5, 2025, at corjesu.org/tuition.

If you don’t see your child’s standardized test listed, please reach out to the admissions team for the appropriate scholarship criteria. Scholarships are awarded based on the most recent standardized test results prior to admission.

Additional Awards

Legacy of Love Award:

$1,000 award to any daughter of a Cor Jesu Academy alumna.

*Financial aid awards are renewable based on the family’s annual calculated financial need.

*Merit awards are renewed annually based on student standing: students must uphold a GPA of 3.75 or higher and at least 90% attendance record.
