Osteopathy and Exercise Rehabilitation The goal of our rehabilitation programme is to restore tissue function to the best extent in the shortest time, helping you return to your regular activity with minimal risk of re-injury. We help people overcome their injuries with osteopathy and exercise rehabilitation. A registered osteopath will asses your problems, offer you a treatment plan and (if needed) integrate modified STOTT PILATES® exercises for injury rehabilitation and/or prevention. Our rehab exercises focus on restoring efficient movement patterns with the aim of improving your function. We do this by identifying and addressing any biomechanical compensatory patterns that correlate to your pain and dysfunction. Most importantly, we are trained to observe and understand optimal and nonoptimal movement strategies, and how these strategies correlate with pain and pathology. We follow a systematic movement based approach to neuromuscular re-education. Finally, a resident osteopath will be able to diagnose, treat and provide you with a tailored exercise programme; all helping you overcome your pain. You and your osteopath will work together to:    

assess the nature and extent of your problems set goals with you, based on what is most important to you provide treatment, support and advice regularly evaluate how you are progressing
