With everything happening in the world, we are well aware that finding a role post-graduation is a little more challenging, and that there might be a delay in doing so whilst our industry slowly picks back up. To address this, we are delighted to invite you to apply for It's your time to shine, our unique training programme designed to support you every step of the way.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? Our unique development programme consists of four virtual training sessions that will help you develop meaningful business relationships and secure a career path that aligns to your passion and personality.
BRAND YOU 4th December 2020, 1PM GMT This session will focus on some key areas, which will build skills and confidence in knowing your personal brand and what it means to reflect this in everything you do. It will also look at proactively engaging in meaningful conversations that will build and develop meaningful business relationships. WHAT THEY DON’T TELL YOU AT UNIVERSITY – ENTERING THE WORLD OF WORK 8th January 2021, 1PM GMT This session will include a short talk from a former graduate for up to 15 minutes, with the aim of expanding your understanding of the opportunities within the industry, where to start and global career opportunities. APPLYING FOR JOBS AND YOUR CV 5th February 2021, 1PM GMT Join this session for tips from experienced HR and L&D professionals, former students and recent graduates on researching the company, tailoring your approach, keeping track of yout applications, and preparing a CV that sells. THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS 26th February 2021, 1PM GMT The aim of this to go through a mock recruitment process to experience some of the elements that may happen when you apply for a job and understand various recruitment styles a company may employ.
