BECOME AN EXHIBITOR AT CONVENE 2019 CONVENE 2019 is the seventh edition of the Baltic Sea Region’s leading Exhibition for Meetings, Events and Incentives. CONVENE is a Hosted Buyer-led event that showcases the Baltic Sea Region and gathers meetings industry professionals under one roof. For two days of networking, destination promotion and knowledge sharing. Date: 13–14 February 2019 Venue: LITEXPO – the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre in Vilnius. Over the last seven years CONVENE has established itself as the leading meetings industry networking platform among Baltic destinations and a major player in developing the region’s meetings industry sector. CONVENE has established a high standard for quality while creating a boutique environment for business, networking and education. CONVENE 2019 will host 165+ pre-qualified international Hosted Buyers who plan and organise meetings and events of all types. More than 85 exhibitors (hotels, agencies, convention bureaus, conference centres, and specialised service providers) will present their services from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Russia, Finland and Sweden. Exhibitor registration is open till 31 December 2018.

HOSTED BUYER PROGRAMME
CONVENE features a Hosted Buyer Programme that guarantees the attendance of qualified association, corporate and agency buyers from across Europe, including Russia. Potential Hosted Buyers must demonstrate a history or real interest in holding meetings in Baltic Sea countries, undertake at least eight pre-scheduled appointments per day, and attend the official business networking events. Hosted Buyer registration will be open on 1 September 2018. B2B meetings between Exhibitors and Hosted Buyers will be prescheduled using an online diary system. The online diary system will open on 7 January 2019. Familiarisation tours for Hosted Buyers will be organised in Lithuania, as well as other countries of the Baltic Sea Region including, Latvia, Estonia, Finland and Poland.
