The fairs and its artists have raised over £72,000 for The Trust with the sale of miniature canvases – these are sold for just £45 each. It’s a chance to acquire an original work whilst supporting the Trust’s amazing work helping young people transform their lives.
Feeling peckish? You have two options. Grab a coffee and sandwich from The Costa Coffee House or relax and enjoy a more comprehensive, tempting menu from the licenced Food Market serving hot and cold lunch options, drinks and a delicious afternoon tea.
Air-Dry Clay Workshops with Watts Gallery
Live Art Theatre
Join in with a Watts Gallery tradition stretching back over 100 years and meet the team from the Guildford-based gallery. Roll up your sleeves and have a go at working with terracotta clay to make your own ceramic curiosity, experiment with ceramic press moulds and find out more about the artists that began this tradition. All ages welcome.
A programme of demonstrations and talks running over the weekend. Watch artists turn a blank sheet into something quite remarkable while talking you through their techniques and inspiration. The perfect way to appreciate the creative process.
The workshops are suitable for adults and children and are free. Drop in sessions will be running over the whole weekend.
