The Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA), the implemen�ng agent, has begun the construc�on of the Bertrams Mul�purpose Centre on the eastern edge of the Inner-City Central Business District.
In the sod-turning ceremony, the Executive Mayor, Councillor Mpho Phalatse, and the MMC for Health and Social Development, Councillor Ashley Sauls I, were in attendance on 26 May 2022.
