Retail Project of the Year
Silicon Park by CSCEC Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) has proposed to develop Silicon Park in Dubai Silicon Oasis- as a multi-use community with a range of residential & life style facilities which include community center, shopping complex, sports center, fitness & business center. The project development has been planned to be designed as per the USGBC LEED Gold Certification criteria rating system (United States Green Building Council). The project consists of 23 buildings connected by a podium. The buildings consist of Type A-office buildings, Type B Boutique buildings, Type C-Business center, Type D-Residential Apartment, Type E- Hotel & Type F-Fitness Center. The project design & construction of Silicon Park is aligned towards standards specified by Leadership in Energy and Environmental Designed (LEED) USGBC for new construction rating system V3.0 that is design to guide and distinguish high performance commercial & recreational facilities for multi-use.
