TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GUARANTEE OF ATTENDANCE

To ensure the utmost freshness, we request selections are made 30 days in advance with your catering/conference service Manager to allow for proper ordering and preparation from our Executive Chef and team Should this time frame not be observed, we cannot guarantee menu contents or other necessary arrangements.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY

Food and beverages are not allowed to be brought in from the outside by guests due to city, state, health and liquor laws. The Conrad Nashville maintains exclusive rights to provide all food and beverage services. All food and beverage must be purchased through The Conrad Nashville for consumption on premise. Any leftover food or nonalcoholic beverage cannot not be taken off property at the conclusion of your event

LABOR AND STAFFING

Staffing ratio is (1) server per every (20) guests for plated meal functions, (1) server per (30) guests for buffet meal functions

Additional labor fees are as follows:

Additional Servers - $175 each Bartenders - $175 each | (1) bartender is required for every (50) for any bar function

Cashiers - $175 each | (1) cashier is required for every (75) guests for any cash bar function

Chef Attendant - $175 each | (1) attendant is required for every (50) guests for stations

Barista - $175 each | | (1) attendant is required for every (50) guests for specialty coffee bars

*The above prices are for (4) hours of service, each additional hour is +$50 each

TAXES AND FEES

All Food and Beverage is subject to a 26% taxable service charge, and 9.25% state sales tax. Wine & Liquor is subject to an additional 15% sales tax. Service charge and taxes are subject to change.

TIMING OF BANQUET FUNCTIONS

Buffet Services are designed for 90 minutes of service Enhancements, Stations and Carving Blocks are designed for 60 minutes of service Package AM & PM Breaks are designed for 30 minutes of service

*Additional fees will apply for requests to exceed these service time standards - 15% of the cost per person for each additional 30 minutes

GUARANTEES

To ensure every detail is handled in a timely manner, the final guaranteed number of guests is due by 11:00 am, 5 business days before the start of your event. All final guarantees should correspond with the daily event totals. Should the final guarantee not be received by this time, the original expected number of guests noted on the Banquet Event order will be considered your minimum guarantee. All menus besides plated menus require a minimum order for 20 guests. If minimum guest counts cannot be met, please request the small banquet menu for groups under 20, or select a plated meal option

If a group of 20 guests or less selects from our regular banquet menu an additional $10 per person fee will be added to the overall per person price.

The Conrad Nashville reserves the right to add a $150.00 rush fee to all pop-up event requests that are confirmed 72-hours or less to the time the event begins. The menu selection for any pop-up events will be decided by Conrad Nashville team and cannot be changed within the 72-hour time frame unless approval from Conrad Nashville Culinary Team has been granted.

Our menus are designed with dietary restrictions in mind; we will prepare specialty requests complimentary for up to 3% of the guarantee. Any additional needs will be subject to additional charges and are based upon availability.
