About me

Diana Rongish I was born and raised in a large family in Bogota, Colombia. I graduated as a Business Administrator from de la Salle University in 2000, was an organizer of the university business fair for 4 years, and did a specialization in Marketing and Consumer Behavior. I found that one of my favorite topics is research and psychology of human behavior and how culture affects decision making.

In 2005, I went to Barcelona, Spain to do an MBA in International Business, and stayed there for 15 years. Initially I didn't intend to stay, but the international environment and the diversity of cultures was the perfect environment for me. Getting out of my comfort zone and testing my abilities was a challenge. I took the opportunity to continue my studies and got my Master's Degree in Neurolinguistic Programming, the science of communication, personal development and psychology, and in Mindfullness, a tool that I use in my daily life and that I highly recommend.

In 2012, I obtained the certification as Project Manager with PMI, Project Management Institute, with the Polytechnic University of California. This led me to see companies and their areas as business units and services that must be sustainable, it is an effective methodology for projects. Additional I am accredited as a Coach with the International Coach Federation. Coaching is one of the most effective and expeditious ways to achieve personal and professional results.

I am passionate about traveling for work and/or pleasure. I have worked with more than 18 nationalities and have traveled to many different parts of the United States. I am an innate explorer and have had the fortune and privilege to discover and interact with diverse cultural environments. Asian cultures have been one of the most challenging for me personally.

Before starting my own business I worked in many different capacities, including: International Project Manager, Human Resources Consultant, and Director of International Relations, companies ranging in size from multi-national corporations to small and medium-sized companies.

Why I do what I do I decided to start my company because while doing consulting and coaching for clients, some of them asked me to help them find something that made them feel truly happy, a job that even if they were not paid, would give them great internal satisfaction. This was an inspiration for me, and I realized that we can't wait that long to decide what we really want to do in our life. What is the passion I have? What is my calling? What is that gift that I come to share with the world? What do I want to leave on earth as my legacy?

I found this very interesting because business and new professional challenges require sustained effort and high levels of self-motivation, which, if they start out well from the beginning, and if you know yourself and know what your purpose or calling is, the probability of success is high.

I do this because I think it is important to share from my experience, successes and failures, of professional life and through this I can guide companies and people to find the best route to achieve their growth objectives.
