Exhibitor Bump-In Tuesday, October 21 3:00pm – 5:00pm Event Day Wednesday, October 22 8:30am – 6:00pm
Exhibitor Bump-Out Thursday, October 23 9:00am – 3:00pm
Venue Access, Parking & Food Ordering
• Address: Hall 5A, Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.
• Parking:
Ample onsite parking. Priority parking for premium/executive exhibitors.
• Loading:
Designated loading bays for bump-in/out. Please unload promptly and move vehicles to exhibitor parking.
Prepaid Reduced Price Parking & Food Ordering
Pre-purchase discounted parking and order food for collection on the day via the Sydney Showground Exhibitor Portal.
• Parking:
Secure your spot at reduced exhibitor rates.
• Food: Order meals, snacks, and beverages for convenient pickup.
Tip: Book early to guarantee the best rates and availability.
Stalls, Signage & Equipment
• Stall Supplier: Moreton supplies all exhibitor stalls.
• Signage & Equipment:
All signage and equipment for your stall must be ordered directly through Moreton.

Your Exhibitor Package
All exhibitor spaces include:
• Plain white walling (by Moreton).
• Business name on walling.
• Lockable cupboard.
• 1 x LED arm light.
• 1 x 4amp power point.
Premium and Executive packages include additional benefits such as prime locations, full/half-page ads in the official program, 12-month directory listings, and social media promotion.

On the Day
• Stall Setup: Ensure your stall is ready by 7:45am on event day.
• Stall Presentation: Professional signage, banners, and promotional materials encouraged (order these via Moreton).
• Power/Wi-Fi:
Provided. Bring your own extension cords if required.
• Refreshments:
Complimentary tea, coffee, and water stations available. Lunch included for premium/ executive packages.
• Security: Please do not leave valuables unattended. The venue is secure, but responsibility for belongings rests with exhibitors.

Bump-Out & Pack-Down
• Pack down only after 6:00pm on event day or during bump-out (Thursday, Oct 23, 9:00am–3:00pm).
• Leave your area tidy and remove all belongings.
