5:30-5:50pm Early access to artisan marketplace for VIPs
• Marketplace opens to all guests at 5:50pm

• Seated dinner served family-style
• Program with surprise guest speakers you won’t want to miss!
7:30pm Silent auction closes
• Winners may pick up items at check-out after the program
8:45pm Dessert reception

Please wear colorful party attire. Think “garden party” in celebration of our theme!
EVENT PARKING - Plan ahead for traffic!
Guests are encouraged to park in the Midtown Parking Garage at 11 S 4th St, Minneapolis, MN 55402. This garage is attached to the event venue. When entering, please take a ticket and enter the parking ramp. After parking, take the elevator to the 3rd Floor/Skyway Level of the parking garage and enter the skyway entrance (located just left of the AC Marriott Door). Once inside, please follow the directional signage we have placed to find our event in the Lumber Exchange. The event is located on the 3rd floor.
• Alternatives: There are multiple other surface lots and garages in the area. Downtown Auto Park is another great option. If you are walking up to the building, you can find the Lumber Exchange in between Nicollet Mall and the Warehouse District/Hennepin on the light rail tracks. Enter the door and proceed to the 3rd floor.
EVENT CHECK-IN
Please put a credit card on file so that you can enjoy seamless check-in upon arrival. You will receive a text or an email from OneCause/BidPal inviting you to put a card on file. You must have a card on file to do any bidding in the silent auction.
RAFFLES – CASH OR CHECK ONLY
Please note that our raffles will be cash or check only as per Minnesota’s laws for charitable gambling. There is an ATM on site.
