Platte Valley Medical Center partnered with local organizations to begin a community health needs assessment. Its goal is to identify significant health needs in the area and how the center can help. A press statement said the process began with a meeting between medical center staff, Salud Family Health Center, Almost Home Inc., the Brighton Housing Authority, Weld County government officials, the Eagle View Adult Center and other community groups. The topic was changing community needs that developed over the past year.
