CEN TENNIA L COFFE E S H O P S What makes a good cup of coffee? Or should the question be “who makes a good cup of coffee?” On the heels of the successful rollout of a virtual tour of Centennial’s breweries, the City decided to next focus the spotlight on independent coffee shops. Utilizing an online mapping tool from ArcGIS, the Centennial Virtual Coffee Shop Tour enables users to navigate their way through the independent coffee scene on a map while gathering the stories behind each java shop and learning about the different nuances of creating a memorable cup of coffee. The online story map combines narratives and behind-the-scenes photos with engaging video interviews with owners.
