MENUSH AMIT This photo that I took of R’ Aron Baitz when he returned home after a very serious bout with COVID 19 meant so much to me for 2 reasons. It was really moving to see a Jew returning home to his overjoyed family, but it also demonstrated the amazing support of our wonderful community who all showed up to greet him as well.
SHMUEL AMIT
Last Purim, I had the privilege of participating in the activities of my brother-in-law Rabbi Itzik Sandroy, Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Chabad in Mitzpe Yitzhar, who because of Coronavirus restrictions, was the only one who received permission to enter the IDF base in Samaria. The fact that he was able to enter was certainly because of the power of doing the shlichus of the Rebbe. For me, it was one of the most magical moments of the year.
