Happy, Healthy YOu is a complete PSHE course designed specifically for 1st and 2nd levels in Scotland.
It provides schools with a PSHE Scheme of Work for P2 to P7, with structured progression so children build up their understanding of health, relationships, safety and social issues in age-appropriate steps.
Personal development of important qualities such as resilience, responsibility and wellbeing is also embedded. Teachers can be confident delivering this essential subject using the lesson plans, PowerPoints, discussion guides, resource sheets and assessment.
All materials are editable so they can be used flexibly.
