LOCATION Totara Estate Homestead is located on State Highway 1 south of Oamaru, with the town centre only 8km from home. It is located within a district renowned for its fertile soils and vegetable production, and also for its historic features that have been preserved and represent the boom times in the area in the late 1800’s.
