He has been a great asset to our organization in providing the services to maintain our building and assure that projects outside of the current renovations are completed and at a fair and equitable cost. Our managing partner arrived at the office to discover ALL elevators were down and after taking the stairs to the twelfth floor, discovered that the door was locked. Within ten minutes of calling Colliers after-hours maintenance line, our tech called to let me know he received the work order. As you know, I believe that when people go over and above what’s expected, they should be thanked and applauded for it. Our Facility Services Tech was off when I received a call from a company that was hired by Atkins to photograph many of our medical buildings including Mill Run. I emailed another tech early Monday morning and explained my situation in a phone conversation right after that. He was wonderful and took care of making sure that the property was in “picture ready” condition for me and made himself available if I needed him to meet with the photographer. I appreciated it so much and of course, I thanked him for stepping in and taking care of it while our other tech was off.
