Cody Emery provided exemplary service in helping us find our new home. He took into consideration all the criteria that we had and would send us daily listings of new listings that fit those criteria. He is very knowledgeable about the area and was able to provide insights into aspects of house buying that we had never considered. He responded almost instantaneously to requests for viewings and would line up viewings as soon as possible. Despite the sizzling hot real estate market Cody did not rush us and kept saying that the house we chose should be something we really wanted and not just something that was merely acceptable. Do you believe your property would sell at a fixed price, or do you believe that it would sell in a range of prices based on the marketing, photography, real estate brand and negotiation skills of your agent? Having a professional, licensed and trained sales associate advocating for and marketing your property ensures a smooth transaction and for the highest market value possible.

WILL YOU CUT YOUR COMMISSION? No. It makes me nervous if another agent has agreed to this. Why? If an agent is not able to communicate their value and stand up for their own worth, how strong will they be in negotiating the value of your property?
