Once you have made contact with us we will arrange an initial consultation to meet and go through your requirements for your dream home. Everyone has a wish list and we will be able to tell you whether your dream home actually exists at your price point or offer alternatives that could just as likely meet your needs.
We listen to your requirements and ask you to describe the home you dream of owning. While coastal homes with sea views are highly desirable, you might be better off choosing a property that doesn’t sit directly on the beachfront.
Beachfront property also comes at a premium of at least 50% above the same house inland. You’re likely to get more for your money if you opt for a house that is set back a few streets from the front. A seafront property could also be more expensive to insure.
