About Me ’

My journey began in Nigeria, where I cultivated a deep appreciation for art, design, and the beauty that surrounds us. This fascination led me to embark on a journey of self-discovery and knowledge at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Over these four years, I immersed myself in the world of fashion, exploring its intersections with architecture and the technical intricacies that bring concepts to life.

My background in architecture provides me with a unique perspective, infusing my approach to fashion design with a meticulous attention to precision and structure. While many are drawn to the glamour of the runway, I find myself captivated by the technical underpinnings that make a garment truly exceptional. I revel in deciphering the intricate puzzles of construction, ensuring that every stitch, seam, and detail align flawlessly.

In the ever-evolving tapestry of fashion, my dream job beckons me toward the prestigious realm of technical fashion design. One name in particular, Maison Margiela, embodies the innovation and artistry I deeply admire. My aspiration is to contribute my unique fusion of architectural sensibilities and fashion acumen to such an esteemed brand, pushing the boundaries of creativity and design in ways that leave a lasting imprint on the industry.

In the ethereal tapestry of existence, time weaves its intricate threads, guiding us through the ebb and flow of life’s journey. “Evolve” a captivating fashion collection, is a homage to the dynamic interplay of time and the profound significance of being present in every fleeting moment. The collection unfolds with “Time’s Dance,” where garments reflect the graceful transition of moments through sligth drapes. Fluid silhouettes capture the essence of movement, with fabrics cascading like whis-

spers of time itself. Each piece celebrates the elegance of evolution, as textures and patterns shift and intertwine, mirroring the intricate steps of a dance that is as fleeting as it is enchanting.

Here, garments are adorned with delicate hourglass motifs, reminding us of the preciousness of the current moment. Swirls and embellishments evoke the intricate mechanisms of time, while gemstone accents reflect the brilliance of being immersed in the now.

“Evolve” is not merely a fashion collection; it’s an ode to the symphony of existence. Through textures, colors, and intricate details, the collection invites you to embrace the passage of time and to cherish each breath, each step, and each heartbeat. As you don these garments, may you carry with you a reminder that life’s most profound moments are not found in the past or the future, but in the present – a gift waiting to be unwrapped in every EvoMoment.

Since the collection revolves around the concept of time’s progression, I saw a chance to experiment with the notion of transcending its constraints. Incorporating elements like the butterfly, I aimed to symbolize the pursuit of freedom. The hourglasses, intertwined at the focal point where butterflies converge, serve as a reminder of time’s perpetual and ceaseless motion.

In crafting this print, my focus leaned toward delving into the abstract essence of time. While the elements employed maintain a certain level of representation, their configuration mimics the intricate artistry of abstraction.

I’ve harnessed the visual effect often seen in aged photographs to evoke a sense of time’s passage.
