It all depends on the options you choose, the mood you’re in, the colour of the light and, last but not least, the FASHION! Mamma Scott’s Pasta My Gran used to make this when I was a kid. Now I make it for my special friends! INGREDIENTS - one tin of cherry tomatoes - a sprig of basil - a petite chilli - little garlic dallas jacket

method Place the basil stalk in the pan and fry with chopped up garlic. Add the tin of tomatoes and cut up chilli for some bite. Serve with fresh boiled pasta and basil on top! Mmmmmmm! P.S. Never forget a spare top, spaghetti can be a messy business...
