Have you noticed that the mornings and afternoons are slowly getting lighter? Snowdrops have been flowering for a while now (spotted a lot in Sawbo whilst I was out delivering in February!) and it won’t be long before the Bluebells are carpeting our woodland. Gotta love spring time! I’m a mum so it seems only right that I use my editorial privilege to remind you about Mothering Sunday - it’s a little earlier this year on Sunday 11th March... forget it at your peril and remember the greatest gift you can give anyone (but especially mums!) is your time. So make time for yours whether it’s a phone call or a visit - these are the gifts that are truly priceless! Don’t forget if you have an event coming up or belong to a group that could do with a little boost please do get in touch. This month I have loved helping: the Town Council, Sawbo Lawn Tennis Club, St Clare Hospice, Sawbridgeworth Memorial Hall and everyone that appears on the community and listings pages, which are FREE. It’s also a great pleasure to have the support of local businesses, without whom this magazine would not exist.
