Wholesale Ordering & Storage Guidelines
General Ordering Terms
• Minimum Order: $390
• Reorder Minimum: $250
• Shipping Fee: 12.5% of total order value
• Cool Shipping Surcharge: This has been reduced to 5% (Applicable only during hot season: April 15 –September 30)
• Retailer Margins: Keystone 50%
Delivery Options
• Cool Season Deliveries: For Retailers not requiring goods in Summer months orders placed by July 31, 2025, will be delivered in Q4 (October 2025) without the cool shipping surcharge.
• Ongoing Orders: Standard delivery window of 15 – 45 days from order confirmation.
Samples & Tasting Program
• Retailer Tasting Samples: Available at a 50% discount in bulk packaging if ordered alongside the main order.
o If shipped separately, a $25 shipping surcharge applies, with a minimum order value of $100.
Storage & Care Guidelines
• We will ensure that goods are delivered in perfect condition, regardless of season.
• After delivery, retailers are responsible for maintaining appropriate storage conditions.
o Recommended Temperature specifically for all Chocolate products: Below 20°C (68°F), which aligns with standard air-conditioning settings. Hard Candies and Gummies have more tolerance.
o Storage Conditions: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
