03 Single-Family House Academic Proyect

The project is located in San Pedro Garza, Monterrey. The main target is to design a house that satisfies the needs of a high socioeconomic level user, considering that the program requires 3 bedrooms, parking for a minimum of 3 cars, a swimming pool, a grill area and a surrounding perimeter garden in order to enclose the property.

To avoid the heat of the afternoon sun into the house, wooden latticework was used to insulate the house from the afternoon sun. As well as brick to thermally insulate the house.
