Block Evolution

The context surrounding the project is taken into account, which is why it has a smaller scale than a common residential building. In addition, it has a wrap-around the facade to avoid breaking with the existing ground levels, blending the project with the surrounding context and in such a way that it is more user-friendly.

The project is staggered in order to take advantage of every square meter of construction and to provide a private space in every unit. By doing this, indirectly, the ground floor is widened along the sidewalk, thus offering more pedestrian space on the outside of the project.
