No comments were received from the CLG on this C DWP.

5.3: Managed Fill
Definition of Managed Fill under the Auckland Unitary Plan (Operative in Part) explicitly excludes the acceptance of any asbestos to such facilities within the Auckland region. Proposed sampling rate and analytes to be tested have not been included.
Added note that there are currently no managed fill tip sites in the Auckland Region that can accept asbestos.
