Bills which are outstanding at the end of the month are assessed a late penalty of 10% By City Ordinance, accounts that are delinquent in excess of 45 days may be disconnected for non-payment Unpaid water/sewer bills may also result in a lien being placed on the property. If service has been discontinued for non-payment, the outstanding account balance must be paid in full, plus payment of a $50.00 disconnect/reconnect fee, before service can be reinstated. A resident can see which cycle they fall into by looking at the first number of their 11-digit account number. If the account number starts with a 1 it is in cycle 1, if it starts with a 2 it is in cycle 2, if it starts with a 3, then it is in cycle 3.
Cycle 1 is billed the following months: March, June, September, December
Cycle 2 is billed the following months: April, July, October, January Cycle 3 is billed the following months: February, May, August, November
