Get the results you want! Designed for all fitness levels, this class will help you improve cardio endurance, muscle tone, posture, balance and strength. Each workout will incorporate elements of cardio; circuit-style and interval-style training and body weight toning exercises. Come prepared to look better, feel better and have fun! Intensity Level: Moderate

Cycling Cycle Boot Camp Get the best of group cycling and boot camp-style training in one awesome, full-body conditioning class that boosts cardiovascular and muscle endurance! The instructor will lead you in cardiovascular and endurance training on the Spinning bike intermixed with total body conditioning.
