Municipal Identification Program
The City of North Little Rock is partnering with Seis Puentes to implement a municipal identification program. We believe Seis Puentes is the natural place to oversee the implementation of our new Municipal Identification Program because of their relationship within the immigrant community. Recently, our city hosted an Open House at Seis Puentes and printed 100 municipal identification cards for residents. The new North Little Rock Municipal Identification Program will benefit the immigrant community and also the elderly, homeless and others who lack any form of identification in our City. Many people in our community are unaware of the problem that different groups of people encounter in beginning a new life. Many North Little Rock residents are in need of identification for obtaining utilities and even opening a bank account. Through our partnership with Seis Puentes, we hope to help all groups of people in North Little Rock become more identifiable, involved and informed on the services and opportunities provided by our city and the Seis Puentes Resource Center. Identification cards are available weekly, Tuesday – Thursday, 9:30 am - 2:00 pm and Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30-6:30 pm as well as the following Saturdays from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm: July 9, August 13, and September 10. To obtain a municipal identification card, bring the following: 1. Proof of identity; 2. Proof of residency in North Little Rock; 3. Money order for $15
