Pickleball is an indoor or outdoor racket/paddle sport where two players, or four players, hit a perforated hollow plastic ball over a 36-inch-high net using solid-faced paddles. Opponents on either side of the net hit the ball back and forth until one side commits a rule infraction.

s course teaches drivers how to drive safely and idently. This course is designed for drivers age 50 older and covers a variety of topics (although any on of driving age can take the course). This is a sroom course only, there are no driving or written s. Some insurance companies offer discounts on insurance for completing the course. is $20 for AARP members and $25 if you are not ARP member.

We provide transportation for our monthly trips. Such trips include local shopping as well as educational, nutritional, and social trips. Participants will need to sign up for the trips - limited seating available on a first come first serve basis.

This is a low impact muscle toning class that utilizes a variety of weights.

This class has strength circuits as well as cardio routines (exercises that raise your heart rate).

This class focuses on building muscular and cardiovascular strength along with endurance. Some easy to learn choreography is included.
Instructor(s): Zetty, Laura, Angela, or Ashley. Learn Choreograph dance routines to great music, incorporating all sorts of different dance steps such as Salsa, Cha Cha, Waltz, Swing, Charleston, Rumba, Bachata, and many more! You'll get a workout for the mind as well as the body!

Class has a longer warm up, low impact cardio moves, and extended cool down. Great for beginners. Some have a dance flair while other classes have a Tabata style so we recommend trying the different classes.

Designed for those with a lower body joint pain, stiffness, and osteoarthritis. Class utilizes ankle weights (optional).

LIIT stands for Low Intensity Interval Training which is less intense and more gentle that a HIIT class. The moves will be less strenuous to your joints, ligaments, and tendons.

High Intensity Interval Training that involves short, challenging bursts of activity with rest or moderate to low activity in-between.

Use compound movements to work multiple muscle groups to improve balance, coordination, and increase strength
Join Tanner every Monday night at 6pm, in the weight room, for a small group personal training class, Weight Room Circuit. The cost is $20 a month and you must also have a Fitness Pass. Stations will be set up in the weight room, and you will rotate through each.Weigh machines, dumbells, cable machines, and various other equipment will be used. Registration for this class required.

A choreographed routine utilizing a set of steps that can be adjusted. This is a classic cardio workout where you will step up and down from a platform in different positions to boost heart rate and breathing while strengthening muscles

A kettlebell is a round weight with a handle. This is an interval class that utilizes the kettlebell to build strength.

Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered for exercise, transform drumming into an effective work out. You need a yoga mat for this class.

This is a 30-minute class that is high intensity and uses free weights, resistance, and body weight.

Tai Chi is a low impact and stress reducing exercise with the goal of balancing heart, mind, and body using gentle flowing movements and breathing techniques to cultivate a kind of moving meditation.

Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is the practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, positive thinking, and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the mind and environment.

A lower impact, steady state cardio workout. It includes a mix of cardio and toning tracks to take you to the next fitness level. The no-equipment format uses simple choreography that is adaptable to all levels of fitness.

Designed for senior citizens, this class has seated and standing movements. Class will be adapted to each person’s needs

Lessons run Monday through Thursday for 2 weeks and are 30 minutes long each day.
Early Bird Prices are available April 7th through April 11th. Early Bird Prices for lessons are $50.00. After April 11th lessons will be $55.00 for each session/child.
