PICKLEBALL (ALL AGES) ALL AGES ACTIVITIES

Mon, Wed & Fri: 7:30am-2pm (18+)

Sunday: 1pm-5pm (Family)

Pickleball is an indoor or outdoor racket/paddle sport where two players, or four players, hit a perforated hollow plastic ball over a 36-inch-high net using solid-faced paddles. Opponents on either side of the net hit the ball back and forth until one side commits a rule infraction.

OPEN COURT BASKETBALL (ALL AGES)

Four courts of basketball available for all ages to play full games, mini games, or shoot hoops as preferred.

ARTISTIC QUILLING CLASS (18+)

March 12th at 9:00 AM

Quilling involves twirling paper into various shapes to make a design. Cost $15 a person due to teacher on the day of. Register by calling 405-376-1297

Apply small resin rhinestones to a canvas print to create mosaic style art. The theme will be easter magnets.

AARP DRIVERS SAFETY OURSE

ril 9th 8:00 AM- 3:30PM

s course teaches drivers how to drive safely and idently. This course is designed for drivers age 50 older and covers a variety of topics (although any on of driving age can take the course). This is a sroom course only, there are no driving or written s. Some insurance companies offer discounts on insurance for completing the course. is $20 for AARP members and $25 if you are not ARP member.

FREE ADULT ST. PATRICKS ROCK ART (18+)

March 17th at 10:30 AM

Everyone is encouraged to wear green for this event! Participants will take flat river rocks and use acrylic paints to create St. Patrick's Day themed projects. There is no registration required.

55+ ACTIVITIES

TRANSPORTATION FOR 55+

We provide transportation for our monthly trips. Such trips include local shopping as well as educational, nutritional, and social trips. Participants will need to sign up for the trips - limited seating available on a first come first serve basis.

Grocery Shopping Transportation

Available on the First and Third Wednesday Every Month at 9AM. Gas donations accepted. Town Center Transportation

Available every Tuesday, Wednesday. and Thursday from 9AM to 12:45PM. Cost is $2.

$5 to Register Performance by One Note Away Dinner is served at 5:00PM and will be Chicken Parmesan, spaghetti, salad, bread, and a dessert Entertainment starts at 6:00PM

SOCIAL ART GROUP

Tuesdays at 9:30AM

Free to attend. This art group focuses on socializing while working on their art projects and giving each other feedback. Bring your own supplies to class and a tablecloth to go under your art project.

FITNESS FITNESS CLASSES

Pilates

Instructor(s): Kelli or Nicole

Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, while also having a key focus on the deep core muscles.

Boot Camp

Instructor(s): Candi or Amber

Class consists of a variety of drills, weight training, and jumping. It utilizes a wide variety of equipment.

Body Sculpt

Instructor(s): Nicole, Corrine, April, or Janiece

This is a low impact muscle toning class that utilizes a variety of weights.

Cardio Sculpt

Instructor(s): Emily or Nicole

This class has strength circuits as well as cardio routines (exercises that raise your heart rate).

Cardio Mix

Instructor(s): April or Anna

This class focuses on building muscular and cardiovascular strength along with endurance. Some easy to learn choreography is included.

Dance

Instructor(s): Zetty, Laura, Angela, or Ashley. Learn Choreograph dance routines to great music, incorporating all sorts of different dance steps such as Salsa, Cha Cha, Waltz, Swing, Charleston, Rumba, Bachata, and many more! You'll get a workout for the mind as well as the body!

Fit Beginnings

Instructor(s): Laura or Shannon

Class has a longer warm up, low impact cardio moves, and extended cool down. Great for beginners. Some have a dance flair while other classes have a Tabata style so we recommend trying the different classes.

Fit and Strong

Instructor: Shannon

Designed for those with a lower body joint pain, stiffness, and osteoarthritis. Class utilizes ankle weights (optional).

LIIT

Instructor(s): Angela or Melissa

LIIT stands for Low Intensity Interval Training which is less intense and more gentle that a HIIT class. The moves will be less strenuous to your joints, ligaments, and tendons.

HIIT

Instructor: Shonda.

High Intensity Interval Training that involves short, challenging bursts of activity with rest or moderate to low activity in-between.

Strength Training

Instructor: Reagan

Use compound movements to work multiple muscle groups to improve balance, coordination, and increase strength

CIRCUIT TRAINING WITH TANNER

Join Tanner every Monday night at 6pm, in the weight room, for a small group personal training class, Weight Room Circuit. The cost is $20 a month and you must also have a Fitness Pass. Stations will be set up in the weight room, and you will rotate through each.Weigh machines, dumbells, cable machines, and various other equipment will be used. Registration for this class required.

Power Step

Instructor: Kayla

A choreographed routine utilizing a set of steps that can be adjusted. This is a classic cardio workout where you will step up and down from a platform in different positions to boost heart rate and breathing while strengthening muscles

Kettlebells

Instructor(s): Candi or Tanner

A kettlebell is a round weight with a handle. This is an interval class that utilizes the kettlebell to build strength.

POUND

Instructor: Laura

Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered for exercise, transform drumming into an effective work out. You need a yoga mat for this class.

Power Class

Instructor(s): Angela

This is a 30-minute class that is high intensity and uses free weights, resistance, and body weight.

Tai Chi

Instructor(s): Todd

Tai Chi is a low impact and stress reducing exercise with the goal of balancing heart, mind, and body using gentle flowing movements and breathing techniques to cultivate a kind of moving meditation.

Yoga

Instructor(s): Kristen or Gabriela

Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is the practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, positive thinking, and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the mind and environment.

High Fitness

Instructor: Brittany

A lower impact, steady state cardio workout. It includes a mix of cardio and toning tracks to take you to the next fitness level. The no-equipment format uses simple choreography that is adaptable to all levels of fitness.

Move and Groove

Instructor: Heidi

Designed for senior citizens, this class has seated and standing movements. Class will be adapted to each person’s needs

Preseason tournament for youth baseball & softball teams to place them in the proper division for league

The Spring Showdown is a youth baseball & softball tournament to kick off the spring season. Hosted by Mustang Youth Sports

MAY MADNESS

May Madness is a youth baseball & softball tournament. It is hosted by Mustang Youth Sports. May 16th- May 18th

WARRIOR WEEKEND

May 2nd- 4th

Warrior Weekend is a youth baseball & softball tournament held every year on the first weekend in May. It also has a disc golf tournament and BBQ cookoff. It is hosted by Mustang Youth Sports and the City of Mustang.

WILD HORSE SPORTS COMPLEX

The Wild Horse Sports Complex is located in Mustang Oklahoma at 1201 N. Mustang RD. It is home to 5 softball fields, 6 baseball fields, 4 regulation soccer fields, and 2 youth football fields, all 4 complex's host youth and adult leagues, along with many tournaments on the weekends during the year

Canadian Valley Baseball Association and is made up of teams from Mustang, Yukon, Tuttle, El Reno, and Piedmont. Ages of the teams range from 4+ for t-ball and 13+ for baseball.

MYS SOFTBALL

March 24th- June 30th

Mustang Youth Sports and the softball league made up of Mustang teams and teams from surrounding areas.

Participants demonstrate the ability to swim 25 Yards continuously using freestyle and back stroke. Swim Meets on Saturdays.

Participants demonstrate the ability to swim 50 Yards continuously and have advanced knowledge of freestyle, back stroke, breast stroke, rotary breathing and racing turns. Swim Meets on Saturdays.

Lessons run Monday through Thursday for 2 weeks and are 30 minutes long each day.

Early Bird Prices are available April 7th through April 11th. Early Bird Prices for lessons are $50.00. After April 11th lessons will be $55.00 for each session/child.
