Fresh look for the libraries

You may have noticed a new look in this edition of the events guide and around our libraries, as a result of a recent rebrand.

With our original logo developed back in 2006 it was certainly time for a freshen up!

Following extensive industry research and a staff survey, an updated library logo, a suite of design elements, a new colour palette and new fonts were recently launched.

The rebrand will be rolled out across all branches over the next 12 months and feedback so far has been very positive. The first items of impact are our newly wrapped Books on Wheels, Community Outreach and courier vans.

Bloom is set to transform Joondalup’s Central Park into an illuminated wonderland, when it makes its WA premiere later this year. Running nightly from Friday 26 September-Sunday 26 October, this event promises an immersive experience of light, sound and storytelling.

Set against the natural beauty of Central Park, the event will feature interactive projections, laser displays and ambient soundscapes, offering a unique evening adventure. While you are in our City Centre enjoying the show, make sure you stop by one of our many great local restaurants for a meal and make a night of it!

A range of session times are available, including low sensory sessions. Tickets to Bloom are anticipated to sell quickly, for more details or to book, visit bloomjoondalup.com.au
