• Construction: Pavecon Public Works, LP was the lowest bidder, with a bid of $3,450,477.70. The county awarded the project to Pavecon on December 19, 2023

• A walk-through was held on February 26, 2025. Punch-list items are being addressed prior to opening road to traffic.

• BGE is preparing and analyzing an urban section for the corridor and comparing impacts.

• BGE updated presentation to outline design concepts and impacts. BGE met with TxDOT on February 10, 2025, to present findings. TxDOT notified BGE to pause efforts effective February 11, 2025.
