HARMONY AIKIDO
Learn effective self-defense and build confidence through physical conditioning, balance and flexibility. Wooden hardware is used, such as the bokken (replica sword), Jo (staff) and Tanko (replica knife), to strengthen joints and muscles, while helping align the body for correct techniques.
