WELCOME TO THE ART EXHIBIT AT CITY HALL!
The Art Exhibit at Chesterfield City Hall brings access and education to art within our community and features two-dimensional and three-dimensional artwork, including mixed media, paintings, and sculptures, from established regional artists. Inside this guide, you will find artist bios and a brief synopsis of the art on display.
City Hall will feature several Art Exhibits throughout the year, showcasing different artists and a variety of art styles. This Art Exhibit will be open Monday through Friday, April through June, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.
Information about the artists will be available on each piece of artwork, in this guide, and at the informational display in the lobby. SHILPI BHARTI
Shilpi Bharti is an architect and city planner with a lifelong passion for painting. Currently, she is employed as a City Planner with the City of Chesterfield. She started sketching her imaginative ideas at age four, inspiring admiration from family and friends. Shilpi draws creative energy from nature, believing its colors reflect the moods of individuals. Her travels to places like Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Utah deepened her appreciation for nature’s beauty. An award-winning artist, she pursued architecture to explore how buildings can harmonize with nature, focusing on organic architecture. Her paintings, often inspired by Bob Ross, express her belief that nature’s colors bring joy and tranquility to life.
