September 1, 2021 Update The revised plans for the Historic Lincoln Theater restoration have been completed by REG Architects. The updated proposal will be presented at the September FPRA Board meeting to include an outline of the scope of work and estimated budget for the project master plan moving forward. Staff is working with the MLK, Jr. Commemorative Committee to identify a construction project manager with grant-writing experience.
