September 1, 2021 Update Staff held an initial meeting to discuss a preliminary lease agreement with Incubate Neighborhood Center (INC), the highest ranked proposer of RFP 2021-027. The INC team will develop a draft agreement based on the discussion. The goal is to present the lease agreement with a presentation from INC at the October FPRA Meeting. The lease with Lincoln Park Mainstreet to occupy space in the Means Court Center will be considered for approval during the September FPRA meeting. If the agreement is approved, Mainstreet is expected to move in September 24, 2021.
