OPERATION REFRAME

Last month, Head of Security, Peter Faram MSyI MCMI, and a team from CIS partnered up with Inspector, Caroline Hay, from the City of London Police (CoLP) for Operation Reframe.

Operation Reframe is a partnership approach to facilitate the night-time economy by providing a reassuring high visibility presence, with the goal of making people feel safe in the City of London.

As part of a Paternoster Square Estate initiative, Head of Security, Peter Faram, with the support from CIS, collaborated with the CoLP and Parkguard Ltd, to conduct joint patrolling throughout the City to help raise awareness in support of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and localised crime.

Thank you to HR Director, Tracy Plant, Account Director, Kieron Nunney, Onboarding Lead, Davina Sawyer and Estate Security Supervisor, Ross Liebow-Foy for supporting this brilliant operation. Thank you to the two officers from Parkguard Ltd for sharing your experience and knowledge of the City; and to Inspector Caroline Hay for the opportunity to be part of what we hope to be a continuous collaboration.

Tracy Plant stated;

“It was a great opportunity to be a volunteer, collaborating with the City Police during Operation Reframe; this initiative is focusing on the safety of females in the City of London during twilight hours. It provided me with a better insight of the vulnerability of females and the need to bring awareness to the community and provide safety measures”.

Well done to all involved!
