ANNUAL MEETING "On the first day there shall be a holy convocation . . .� (Exodus 12:16)
When Old Testament Israel got together, they set apart themselves and the day for celebrating God and for having fellowship together. It is our privilege, as an Association of churches, to do the same. Morningside Baptist Church (Chris Harrington, Pastor) is hosting the AASBC Annual Meeting (September 9; 5 PM - 7 PM). Main presenter Dr. Dan Hayden is an international conference speaker, author, and Bible expositor. He is the director of biblical research and education at Sola Scriptura, a teaching ministry associated with The Scriptorium, Center for Biblical Antiquities and the Van Kampen Collection of biblical texts and artifacts. His workshops, seminars, and teaching ministries have enriched tens of thousands. Also the Annual Meeting features a business session (5 PM), the Praise Team of Christ Church of Metro Atlanta (6 PM, during the worship hour), and a time of fellowship with light refreshments (7 PM).
