FINTRAC This is government required documentation for the proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act.

MULTIPLE LISTING CONTRACT This is our legal agreement in which you provide us with the authority to act on your behalf to help you sell your property.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Municipalities require a signed from from you, as owner, in order for us to pull the City file attached to your property.

TITLE This shows who the beneficial owners are, and identifies the legal description as well as any legal notations on the property.

PROPERTY DISCLOSURE STATEMENT The PDS is intended to be filled out to the best of your knowledge and will disclose general information to prospective buyers.

QUESTIONNAIRE We ask that you provide us with some information on your property so that we can best market your property.

DISCLOSURE OF REMUNERATION At the time of an offer, we will breakdown the full commission dollar amount of each offer (GST not included in the valuation)

CONTRACT OF PURCHASE AND SALE All offers will be presented in writing and once signed by both parties will form the basis for the sale of the property.
